By using this site or requesting services from Sierra Heating and Cooling LLC ("Sierra"), you agree to these terms.
Scope of services
Sierra provides residential and commercial HVAC services across the greater Houston, Texas metropolitan area, including air conditioning repair, installation, maintenance, emergency dispatch, commercial HVAC, HOA and property management contracts, heating service, thermostat installation, duct cleaning, and indoor air quality services.
Estimates and pricing
All work is performed on a flat-rate basis. Quotes are presented after diagnostic and require your approval before work begins. The approved price is binding on Sierra; we do not add labor or part charges beyond the approved quote without additional explicit approval from you.
Diagnostic fees
A diagnostic fee is disclosed at booking. The fee is credited toward the repair if you approve and complete the work the same day. If you decline the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee remains payable.
Workmanship warranty
Sierra warrants the workmanship on standard repairs for 90 days from the date of service, and on installations for 1 year. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are separate and may be longer; Sierra will register manufacturer warranties on your behalf at installation.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide safe access to equipment and to disclose any known hazards or conditions that affect service (asbestos, mold, structural concerns, etc.).
Payment terms
Residential and small commercial invoices are due upon completion of work. Commercial and property management contracts may have net 15 or net 30 terms as agreed in writing.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge with at least two hours notice. Same-day cancellations after dispatch may incur a trip charge.
Limitation of liability
Sierra's liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. Sierra is not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
Disputes
Any dispute arising from services will be governed by Texas law and resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. The current version is always posted at this URL with the "Last updated" date above.
